The Duan lab is located in Kingston, Ontario and is part of the Department of Biomedical & Molecular Sciences (DBMS) and the School of Computing at Queen's University.
Our lab space is situated on the 5th floor of Botterell Hall (Room 530) with additional office space for data analysis located on the 6th floor of Goodwin Hall (Room 621).
We are actively recruiting students, postdoctoral fellows and Research Assistants with backgrounds in biology, genomics, life or medical sciences, bioinformatics, biostatistics, computer science or other related fields
who are interested in pursuing further training in high-throughput computational biology.
Trainees will have the opportunity to process human specimens, culture cell lines, as well as generate, manage and analyze genomics and other 'omics datasets as applied to biomedical research.
If you are interested in joining our lab, or have any questions about the lab, please feel free to email Qingling Duan at firstname.lastname@example.org
