Lydia Noureldin

Lydia is entering her fourth year of Biomedical Computing. She is very excited to start her summer research position and to work on her undergraduate thesis in the Duan Laboratory. Lydia is interested in using analytical genomics and computing power to identify the genetic markers of drug sensitivity and, hopes to apply this knowledge to further the development personalized treatment. Outside of the lab, Lydia spends her time mentoring first year students, representing students in the Computing Students' Association, and any type of art work she can get her hands on.
