Ming Han

Ming Han

Ming is a graduate student in the Biomedical Informatics Masters program at the Department of Biomedical and Molecular Sciences, Queen’s University. Ming completed his undergraduate training specialized in Neuroscience at University of Toronto. He received a MSc in cancer biology at University of New Brunswick, where he led a pharmacogenomics project which found associations between SNPs and thalidomide efficacy in myeloma patients.

Ming is currently working with colleagues on development of genome wide SNP epistasis analysis pipeline using network analysis to identify modules of SNPs associated with traits.
