Sorin Park

Sorin Park is a master’s student in Biomedical Informatics program at the School of Computing and Dept of Biomedical & Molecular Sciences, Queen’s University. She completed her undergraduate at Queen’s University and graduated with a B.ScH in Life Sciences.

Her current project involves determining survival pathways in drug-treated chronic myeloid leukaemia cells. She mainly focuses on in silico methods including the analysis of RNA sequencing data and network analysis. Sorin hopes to discover novel networks involved in drug resistance in chronic myeloid leukaemia.
